Olive M. Carlen

      Olive May Carlen, 64, of Calder, Idaho, former Spokane resident, died last night in a hospital here following an extended illness.

      Born in Campton, Ky., Mrs. Carlen and her husband came to Spokane in 1922 and resided here until six years ago, when they moved to Calder.

      In addition to her husband, Roy, at the home, Mrs. Carlen is survived by two daughter, Mrs. T.H. Krauth of Ahsahka, Idaho, and Mrs. Ole Hagen of Bovill, Idaho; two sister, Mrs. Julio Menapace of Rupert, Idaho, Janie Senters of Chicago, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

      The body is at Hazen & Jaeger's.
